We try to go out to dinner every other month, do a mom's only beach weekend every spring. It's pretty laid back, I think that is why it has stayed together for so long. Are you in MOMS club? My daughter was a year old and I was going nuts. Then we moved back to our old city and there was no chapter. In anticipation of getting pregnant again and wanting to have playgroups etc for the new baby, I founded a chapter as the one here had disbanded. I worked really hard and it became wildly successful but when I finally got pregnant again, I was too tired to do that much. Before I delivered, I stepped down as president and since my son was born, I've not participated. I blame it on his nap schedule but the truth is that I'm really not that interested anymore.
