During pregnancy, mothers tend to reflect on life and the future.

Life is good even when it gets difficult. And sometimes parenting does get very difficult.

We just have to be patient.

I have a 2.5 year old son who is going to get a little sister in October. He understands there is a baby in the belly, but has no clue as to what that means beyond that fact. He says hello to her in the belly almost every day too.

I can only hope that when the kid comes out he will be enthusiastic instead of jealous-- we'll see!

As for your earlier post about the Superman stuff, my son has a Superman shirt that is too small for him that he REFUSES to part with. It looks like a halter top on him now. I'm desperately seeking a size 3 or 4T Superman t-shirt (just the blue and shield) so if you know where I can get one let me know!
