Nothing New Here
In keeping with the hipster lifestyle, I have spent tonight in a crampy ball on the couch, fast forwarding through a show I am much too hip to care about. But I did it while wearing a worn out Piggly Wiggly T-shirt and a TCB belt buckle with worn out chucks (just kidding). Yeah, I watch Idol. What can I say, I’m a dork. Mandesa (how spell?)? Who saw that coming? D and I had Bucky pegged, even thought he’s a local boy done good. I was really hoping to bid farewell to Ace, I can’t quite put my finger on it but something about him bugs the shit out of me. Anyway, now you know. Tattoos and all, I’m still a looser at heart. I had planned on catching the fast track DVR version of Idol and than laying you low with some amazing wit and wisdom but than I thought better of it and opened a bottle of Pinot. So, Cheers!
Someone recently wrote a post about how creepy Ace is and how his real name is probably Murray Pasternak and he’s a Hollywood fabrication … I canNOT remember who it was who did it!!! But it was really funny. I agree with you, he’s totally weird. And I did like Mandisa!

If you find that post you’ve got to let me know. Ace seems to be the producer’s way of trying to clone the fan base Constantine had last season. Other than a similar haircut I cannot imagine what they are thinking. Constantine actually had a personality. I don’t recall ever seeing someone looking so totally and completely vacant as Ace does. I would say he strikes me as too stupid to remember to breath but then I am reminded that he has a twin, who apparently got all of the brain cells allotted for the entire pregnancy and thus has been thrust into a life of duty, reminding his “simple minded” brother to inhale and exhale on a repeated basis. He is there for every taping after all.
