Only, spicy mustard/dijon is better, so maybe you could work off that? mayjon? Dijnays? Hmmmm... I have the same time to sit and think while my daughter falls asleep, although it takes her longer. If the Artic Circle can sell "frysauce" or ketchup and mayo mix, I don't see why you can't do mustard and mayo. Good luck with the smoking- think of it as doing it for yourself and your kids.
